I know this sounds a little painful but these days my back takes my attention many times a day – every time it starts aching. I had the same situation during my first pregnancy, and here i am again.
Its either upper back(after a full day at office) or lower back(when i am standing for a long time) but wherever it is, it is painful. I have tried lying down on my bed for 10-15 min when i am back from office and it helps most of the times. And if nothing works, Massage is definitely going to work. I use the almond oil for the massages and avoiding any fragrant or other aromatic stuff. Other times, i do some simple exercises for my back, either i can call myself lazy or just forgetful of this option. I know i need to take good care of myself, but the truth is i try whatever i can before i give up in the evening due to tiredness.
And I know God is always here to protect Mama's and little one's!
