When I got my hands on this moisturizer, I was instantly in awe of its packaging. A luxurious, gold-trimmed pot, filled with way less product than I had expected. This all made sense when I tried out the formula on my skin and found that a little bit goes a very long way! A pea-sized amount was enough to cover my face, and I took another pea-sized amount to cover my neck and décolletage. The texture of the product is thick and buttery, but not too thick that it doesn’t melt into the skin easily. It’s also not too rich for oily skin, which is a bonus.

Key Ingredients

The moisturizer contains heaps of skin-nourishing ingredients. Phytostimuline, lady’s mantle extracts, amino acids, and soy peptides help to stimulate the skin to regenerate fresh skin cells. There’s also Persian acacia, lindera, and soy proteins that give skin an instant hit of radiance and glow. Shea butter, which is also the main ingredient, works to hydrate and smooth the skin. Whenever I look into the particulars of an anti-aging product, I like to make sure that it actually contains anti-aging ingredients. This one hasn’t failed to impress. It’s absolutely brimming with minerals and vitamins, that all encourage cell turnover. A faster cell turnover means that dead skin cells are shed quicker, to allow new skin cells to grow to make skin look healthier and more radiant. With consistent use, this continues, and over time your skin will generally look less lackluster and plumper.

My Review

Overall, I like Sisleya L’Integral Anti-Age Moisturizer. It has a very subtle floral scent which adds to the overall positive experience of applying it. It’s rich enough to quench the skin instantly but not too thick that it sits on the skin’s surface. The moisturizer also contains several expensive anti-aging ingredients, so I know my skin’s in good hands when I’m using this and that I’m getting my money’s worth. The great thing about this product is that it is suitable for every skin type. But from experience, I can tell if your skin is on the drier side – it will absolutely suck this up!

To use this, I cleanse, tone, and then use Sisleÿa L’Intégral Radiance Anti-Dark Spot Serum. I will then massage a small amount of moisturizer over my face, neck, and décolletage in the morning before applying my SPF. In the evening, I like to slather on a bit more product so that it can work as a nourishing treat for my skin overnight.
