Buxom has launched its Glitz and Groove Holiday 2020 collection that is all about sparkle and shine. There are statement-making gift sets inspired by a fab ‘n funky roller disco that will get anyone excited and in the groove. I have two sets that I have swatched below, the formula of Buxom lip products especially the lip glosses has always been a favourite of mine.

Make It A Double Xtrovert Mascara Kit has two full-size Xtrovert Mascaras. I have used this mascara in the past and loved how volumizing and buildable it is. The innovative X-shaped brush for extra volume, lift, and length.

I have not experienced any clumping with this mascara and is comfortable to wear. The mascara has the blackest black pigment which I totally love. This kit is available at Sephora.ca.

Buxom Full-On Fall Gloss Collection Review

Buxom has, no doubt, one of the best lip gloss formulas I have tried. There are new limited-edition shades launched for fall. Buxom Full-On Fall Gloss Collection is a limited-edition collection that features two Full-On Plumping Lip Polishes and two Full-On Plumping Lip Creams in four new flattering shades for fall. The new launches have the same best-selling formula with new fall-inspired scents – warm apple cider and pumpkin spice latte.

As the weather is getting colder and we are wearing cozy warm clothes, a little shine on the lips does perks up everything, of course with a little tingle and moisture on the lips that plumps the lips. I have noticed that Buxom Lip glosses always make my lips look fuller without feeling heavy or drying my lips later, the formula is gentle.

Full-On Plumping Lip Polish

Full-On Plumping Lip Polish is perfect for a high-shine shimmery finish that plumps the lips. It makes the lips look smooth while keeping them soft and hydrated. The formula does not feel heavy or sticky and feels comfortable. The Lip Polish works nicely on its own or over a lipstick to create a custom look and finish. The two new shades of Full-On Plumping Lip Polish from the Buxom Full-On Fall Gloss Collection are Autumn (a sparkling rose nude) and Hazel (a shimmering golden beige).

Full-On Plumping Lip Cream

It is not sticky and does not feel heavy on the lips. The two new shades of Full-On Plumping Lip Cream from the Buxom Full-On Fall Gloss Collection are Spiked Apple Cider (a pinky nude) and Pumpkin Spice Latte (a sweet spiced nude). Both the shades look great on their own or over lipstick to create a custom look.

Buxom's Director of Global Education and Artistry, David Birdwell, suggests mixing Hazel and Pumpkin Spice Latte for a rich and creamy caramel nude with gilded shimmer. Moreover, to achieve a radiant rose nude with a hint of bronze sparkle, blend Autumn and Spiked Apple Cider.

Buxom Power-Full Lip Scrub, Lip Balm Review

Buxom has introduced two launches for lips. Both Buxom Power-Full Lip products are for treatment, care of lips, and also to prepare a smooth and sexy base before applying the lipstick. Buxom has launched its first conditioning scrub stick which gently exfoliates lips for a smooth, supple, and sexy lip look with a tropical twist.

Power-Full Lip Scrub

Buxom Power-Full Lip scrub is dragon-fruit-inspired, sugar-infused scrub stick that gently buffs away dry skin patches while nurturing papaya seed oil and conditioning mango seed butter pamper lips. This works as a perfect mess-free first step in the routine to make the lips ready for colour. It can also be used in circular motions to ensure that the entire lip is exfoliated. Then the leftover can be wiped away with a dry or wet issue. The Lip Scrub is a white-coloured stick with a multi-colour dotted appearance and is named ‘Dragon fruit'.

Power-Full Lip Balm

Buxom has also launched a plumping and moisturizing tinted lip balm that blooms to a unique custom shade by reacting to the pH level of the lips it is applied to means the shade will be different for different people. Buxom Power-Full Lip Balm is a big, bold, plumping lip treatment that is available in two new shades inspired by the best-selling glosses. It applies very smoothly like silk and lips look supple and comfortable at the same time. It can be worn alone or with any other lip product.

These tinted lip balms also work nicely as a blush too. A little colour on the cheeks gives a balmy flush of colour and create colour harmony on the face. The three shades in this Buxom Power-Full Lip balm are

Both the launches came at the perfect time when the weather is cold and the inside air is dry. Thus, making the skin as well as lips dry and peeling. I am enjoying both the launches for everyday use and they are keeping my lips moisturized, supple, and comfortable.

Buxom Serial Kisser Plumping Lip Stain Review

Buxom has launched a plumping lip stain that hydrates while delivering color with lasting shine. I am still enjoying the formula and shades of the Buxom Full Force Plumping Lipstick which I reviewed and swatched here. The new Buxom Serial Kisser Plumping Lip Stain has an innovative, lightweight serum that drenches lips in saturated, juicy color and lasting, to die for shine. Hydrating hyaluronic acid nourishes lips and leaves them looking plump, supple, and completely kissable. The precision doe-foot glides across lips for pout-perfect application every time.

To use: ‘Start by applying at the cupid’s bow, making an “X” shape to help define lips before filling in, from corner to corner. The applicator has a precision “teardrop” tip to define the lips, while the large-sized base allows you to easily fill in the entire lip.'

I have been using Serial Kisser Plumping Lip Stain for a few days now and it is a really nice hydrating lip stain. The formula is light and comfortable on the lips, keeps them hydrated. The doe-foot applicator works nicely to apply the product. The shades are not much pigmented and the tingling effect is negligible as compared to the Full Force Plumping Lipstick which I linked above in this post.

I did not notice much plumpness in my lips but the lips do look juicy and supple with the hydration while the lip stain does not stay for over an hour or two before the need to reapply it. For me, it is okay to keep it on my desk and reapply when I feel, and a good lip care product. The lip stain gets a bit darker after applying it on the lips as compared to the color in the packaging though.

Buxom Full Force Plumping Lipstick Review

Buxom has launched Full Force Plumping Lipstick which is a full-coverage lipstick and is available in a wide range of shades. I have only tried Full-On Plumping Lip Cream Gloss which I am still a fan of, which means it really left a good impression on me about the Buxom lip products, and not to forget the Power-full Plump Lip balm which is a lovely lip balm.

Buxom Full Force Plumping Lipstick is a full-coverage, creamy lipstick that smooths and fills for fuller-looking, plump, and soft lips. The lipstick saturates lips in satin color with a tantalizing tingle. The hyaluronic acid and conditioning oils smooth and hydrate, while the teardrop-shaped tip effortlessly hugs every curve, every time for fuller-looking lips in one stroke.

The formula of this lipstick is so silky and smooth, glides on like a dream or it is better to say it just melts on the lips. On my lips, I did notice a tingle on the lips which is almost similar to the Full-on plumping lip gloss from the brand and the result is the subtle but noticeable plump look of the lips. The finish is glossy satin.

The formula is medium to full coverage and easily buildable, does not accentuate the lines or dry lips. It is moisturizing on my dry lips. The lipstick stayed on for a nice time like over 2-3 hours without reapplying. And finally coming to the packaging, it is so pretty case and looks good on the vanity as well as very handy in the bag.

Overall, Nice formula and beautiful shades, very comfortable to wear plus a hint of plump lips – why not.
