My Thoughts

Eye Glow Gems are now available in a total of 33 shades including the 3 new additions I have swatched below. That includes glossy satin and steamy matte finishes. The soft bouncy texture of the eyeshadows applies and blends like a dream. I prefer using my fingertip to apply these. They are very easy to work with. The intensity is buildable from sheer to intense. The eye glow gem feels moist and light in the little pot. Once applied, it sits nicely while still being very lightweight.

I like that the steamy matte finish looks natural and stays true natural matte. The matte is not dull or flat. I did not notice it cakey or settling into the eyelid fold of my oily lids. Moreover, the longevity of the eyeshadows is impressive. They stay put together for the whole day with little to no smudging by the end of the day. Above all, they look fresh and nice all day.

Other shades of Decorte Eye Glow Gem that I like are BR301, BR304, and BE802. Decorte Loose Powder is one of the silkiest powders I have tried and is a staple for me. Also, their Lip Oils are worth checking out if you need a little hint of color in a nourishing non-sticky formula.

What is Decorte Eye Glow Gem

Decorte Eye Glow Gem is a lustrous eyeshadow colour that glides very softly and lightly over eyelids. The vibrant and long-lasting eye shadow dome provides a dewy shine with a gradational, three-dimensional effect with every shade. The eyeshadows can be used on their own or multiple shades can be combined to create custom colours to suit the mood and style.

My Thoughts

Eye Glow Gem is one of the most unique and luxurious formulas I have used till now. The texture is very light yet creamy, glides on easily and smoothly on the eyelids. One swipe delivers a nice colour and pigment. It is easily buildable for an intense look. There are 8 new shades that launched recently (swatched below). Apart from the beautiful formula, the longevity of the eye glow gems is impressive. For instance, I have oily eyelids and, without an eye primer, these eye glow gems stay put the whole day. By the end of the day, I notice a little creasing which I am okay to fix with my fingertip, just to mention again that I have oily eyelids and still it stays put so well on my lids.

The exquisite colour and the sheer feeling give a three-dimensional effect that, through layering, stands even more. Without dullness or smudging, they give a beautiful, lasting finish. The finish of the new shades is described as steamy matte which is very unique and to me looks radiant and dewy.

Also, I would like to mention that the Decorte Eye glow gem was the first eyeshadow that started my love affair with the cream shadows and a dewy finish on the lids. In other words, I am still a fan. The packaging is so elegant and beautiful. Therefore, it is perfect to put in the bag or keep on the vanity.

Comfort Day Mist

There is one more amazing new launch from Decorte. Decorte Comfort Day Mist in a pretty pink bottle is a setting and protecting spray. The mist is very lightweight and fine. It gives a fresh and vibrant radiance to the skin. It is perfect for setting the makeup and also for refreshing the skin throughout the day. The mist leaves a dewy veil on the skin, it is very soothing and comfortable on the skin.

It is hydrating without feeling or looking oily. Moreover, the mist is infused with a subtle aromatic floral scent which gives antioxidant protection with the fragrance of citrus hues. Also, the innovative design of the bottle is ergonomically shaped and easily portable.

Since they launched in Canada, being a fan of Decorte Eye Glow Gem, these new shades are so welcome.

Decorte Nail Enamel

Decorte Nail Enamel is described as a new generation of lacquer that utilizes contact lens technology, each formula is infused with O2 Transformer™, an oxygen-permeable resin that creates a “breathable environment” for the nail. Advanced skincare actives deliver anti-oxidant and moisturizing benefits to help improve overall nail health while delivering exceptional performance; one-pass uniform coverage, high-gloss finish, quick-drying and long-wear. The nail enamel is available in 19 Shades. It is paraben-free and toluene-free.

I love a good nail color and if the formula is quick-drying, moisturizes my nails, looks great, keeps my nails in good condition, I am all for it. I have two shades swatched in this post and the third one is the base or topcoat which is clear.

The shade RD441 is a beautiful red shade which I am loving, it is a beautiful shade of red that will look great on most of the skin tones. It makes my hands look so nice and bright, I would say they look so alive and young in this color, never makes them look dull. The formula does dry quickly and the finish is glossy.

The other shade I have is Decorte Nail Enamel in PK843 which is a pinkish neutral shade on my skin tone and is really pretty. Even this shade does not make my hands look dull or washed out, but is a pretty neutral shade making them look fresh and nice.

Decorte base and topcoat

Decorte base and topcoat is described as a serum base formula that offers a high-gloss, lasting finish. It utilizes contact lens technology, each formula is infused with O2 Transformer™, an oxygen-permeable resin that creates a “breathable environment” for the nail. Advanced skincare actives deliver anti-oxidant and moisturizing benefits to help improve overall nail health while delivering exceptional non-yellowing, high-finish performance.

It can be applied as a base coat to smooth the irregularities of the nail bed and can be applied as a topcoat, after nail enamel is completely dry, for a durable, high gloss finish. Based on the need, it can be used in both ways.

Decorte Dip in Glow

Decorte Dip in Glow cream highlighter is described as a soft-to-the-touch highlighter for full-on luminosity. Packed with serum-like actives and moisturizing benefits, a glow-from-within effect is created that no powder can achieve. Use under foundation for lasting radiance. Perfect to accent cheeks, the arch of the brow, and any other areas for an intense highlight effect. It applies nicely with fingertips. Sweep fingertips gently over the surface as the product is very soft. The formula of this cream highlighter is so soft, creamy, and melts into the skin. It looks very natural and gives a beautiful radiance to the skin. It looks great even on the eyelids to give them a glowy finish, just alone or even on another eyeshadow. The staying power is nice and stays put for the whole day.

The Decorte eye glow gem is indeed a gem for me, it is one of my favorite eyeshadows. I have reviewed the formula and a few shades here in detail. I am so happy to add this shade BR380 into my collection. It has a dewy-like texture blends effortlessly for a lasting hold of high-impact three-dimensional color. Moreover, this eyeshadow does not get dull or smudge and gives a lasting, beautiful finish. The shade taupe gives a nice depth to the eyes. It is an everyday shade that I have been using most of the days at work.

Overall, I would recommend these products for their formulas and shade range. They are not new to me but have been using them in my daily makeup routine, check my Insta stories regularly to see how these look on me.

Decorte Eye Glow Gem

Decorte Eye Glow Gem is a lustrous eyeshadow color that glides softly and lightly over eyelids. I have been really impressed with these eyeshadows, they are one of the softest and luxurious formulas I have used. The texture is very soft and creamy, it glides on very smoothly on the lids. A single swipe is enough to give color and to build it, I go for another one from the same shade or dab the other one on the center of my eyelids to create the dimension. The staying power is pretty well. I had it on for the whole day and could still see it nicely sitting on my lids with a little creasing by the end of the day. A single swipe is enough for the everyday work look along with Decorte Sheer Brilliance. I really like the soft dewy finish of these glow gems.

The shades are really beautiful. I have swatched BR382 and BR383. They both are nice shades for a day or night look, they apply effortlessly and are great to have in the bag for having the intense look in the evening when going straight to a party or get-together from work. It is available in 30 shades to choose from.

Decorte The Rouge

Decorte The Rouge is a lipstick available in both matte and glow formulas, for a high-pigmented finish that suits every woman's needs. The glow formula provides moisturizing, lustrous, and fresh colors with a soft, balm-like texture and a melting touch. The matte lipstick is very pigmented, moisturizing and makes the lip softer, fuller, and firmer.

The glow formula is available in 13 shades and the matte in 5 shades. I have been using these for the last few days and really like the formula. They did not dry out my lips and are comfortable to wear. The staying power is good as is the texture. It is very moisturizing and makes the lips look nice and plump. The formula glides on very easily on the lips and does not emphasize the lines. The shades swatched are RD 456 and BE 354 which are both perfect for day or night and casual or outing wear.

Decorte Sheer Brilliance

Decorte's first-ever tinted skin perfector with SPF is Decorte Sheer Brilliance. This gorgeous, weightless formula delivers protection against harmful UVA and UVB rays with the inclusion of SPF 32. With one, light coat, visibly sweep away fine lines, pores, and other skin imperfections. It also helps with unwanted redness and to fade dark spots. The finish is a natural radiance and an even-toned complexion.

The key ingredients include the calming properties of Decorte Transient Onsen Water, Algae-based X-Inflam Defense (helps skin against damages caused by environmental stress), Cell-surround 360 degree (envelops cells with powerful anti-oxidant), SPF 32 Broad Spectrum Protection (shields skin from UVA/UVB rays).

I have used this product a few times and my skin looks nice and fresh with this. There is no irritation or breakouts that I noticed. The shade medium is a nice match for me. The formula is a little runny but easy to apply and blends in nicely with the skin. The texture is so super light despite SPF in it. My pores and imperfections are less noticeable. Moreover, the tint is just the right amount for a natural healthy look like the way tint should be.

Decorte Sheer Brilliance is a nice go-to for good skin days. I do have to use a concealer with this one. That is because the tint is about minimal coverage and a better version of the skin. I make sure to shake the bottle before applying.
