By doing this, you are rolling any fluid in your face up towards the lymph nodes where it can drain. Around your jaw and cheek area, make sure to roll in an upwards motion. To finish, roll down the sides of your face and neck. This will help to redirect the fluid through your lymphatic system. When done correctly, you should see an instant difference!

They feel super refreshing and once I’ve used the amethyst roller and removed the masks, I can see an instant improvement in puffiness. My facial muscles also feel so much more relaxed.
