The liquid blush has a radiant and pigmented color that instantly leaves your skin looking healthy. Hidden inside the lightweight and creamy texture are hydrating skincare actives. The natural-looking blush can be built up for an intense look or used as a lip tint. I enjoyed using this blusher as the applicator allows you to pick up a good quantity of product, and the application does not streak.

Tips: Apply a few drops to your natural lip for a tinted look. I love to do this and finish with a transparent gloss.

Nars Afterglow Sensual Shine Lipstick

The Sensual Shine lipstick collection has grown by adding six new and stunning shades to their collection of red, pink, and mauve shades! For those that don't yet know the lipstick, keep reading. This collection is where color meets care. The ultra-nourishing and enveloping lipstick infuses your skin with comfort and glides on like a dream.

The sensual lipsticks are perfect for a soft glam look and have a buildable coverage and lightweight finish. I have a couple of favorite shades, but my go-to is the 777 Orgasm. The light pink perfectly matches my lip shade, making my lips look fuller and smoother.

My Review

I love how Nars has represented the warmer seasons to come by using warm and pink shades throughout the Afterglow collection. The eyeshadow palette is complete, and I love the many finishes they included inside. The Afterglow collection is ideal for adding a touch of colour to your daily looks without being too bright or in your face. I love the silky textures and how long they last. A 10/10 from me!

My Review

With my friend's upcoming wedding, I was looking for the perfect powder, and the Nars Light Reflecting Pressed Setting Powder delivered!

I love how light this powder is and how comfortable it leaves your skin feeling. I have tried it alone and over makeup, recommend it to Mattify, and lock previous products in place.

The powder leaves no white cast or dull look on photos and is the invisible saviour of your skin makeup. I selected the shade Mesa which is a medium-deep colour. The pressed powder is great for quick fixes and doesn't have too much fall out when being applied. I have used this powder at multiple events and never experienced any pore-clogging or breakouts. Overall, the perfect powder!

My Review

I have always struggled to hide my dark circles, even with the best concealers, but these light reflectors improved my eye contour appearance. The creamy texture is simple to blend and doesn't create heavy layers around the eyes. Above all, I love the comfort they bring and how they smooth out and reduce the purple tint of my under-eye. I apply these brighteners before and after my concealer and also use them to structure my brows and topper lip. They leave a beautiful luminous finish with no signs of glitter.

I have found the most stunning blush to exist yet. Nars has released its NEW range of Afterglow blushers, giving off the perfect, natural rosy tint.

The Afterglow Liquid Blush

Are you looking for a high-pigment without the heavy powdered sensation? Then look no further. The afterglow blush has a light texture that delivers up to 8 hours of hydration. With a wide choice of luminous colours, The NEW Nars blush is enriched with skincare ingredients. I have long dreamed about finding a no budge blusher that will last me throughout my day, so when I discovered the liquid blusher is a no-transfer, I was delighted. The creamy formula is long-lasting and contains a trio of sodium hyaluronate, vitamin E, and vegan collagen to perfect the appearance of the skin.

The Applicator

If you have used liquid blush before, you know how vital a good applicator is. The Nars Afterglow has a cushioned tip applicator, allowing you to pick up a good quantity of product in just one dip. Easy to use, the applicator is essential to keeping a clean and hygienic product. This applicator gives you an accurate application each time.

The Shades

The afterglow blush comes in six shades ranging from peachy pink to deep plum. Ideal for all carnations, the shades are highly pigmented and blend out effortlessly. You can build the layers up for high coverage, and why not try them on the eyelids?

• The deep plum: Insatiable

My Review

As a big fan of liquid blush, I had high expectations for the NEW afterglow range from Nars. The liquid blusher looks beautiful on the skin alone or over makeup. The creamy texture is easy to work with and doesn't dry out quickly. The Afterglow liquid blush is Nar's most natural finish yet. Its light finish offers a luminous glow to the cheeks without it being shimmering. Nars Afterglow Lip Shine is a lightweight, cushiony gloss formula that feels comfortable on the lips. The consistency is perfect and glides effortlessly on the lips to give a mirror-like shine. It does not feel heavy or sticky at all. Also, it instantly hydrates the lips like a lip balm and imparts a beautiful hint of colour based on the shade chosen. With regular use, I have noticed that I do not feel the need of reaching out for my lip balm. Moreover, it hydrates, nourishes, and softens my lips. The applicator hugs the curves of the lips nicely.

Nars blushes are one of my favourites. Be it any season of the year, the range of Nars blushes is just fantastic. This new limited edition Afterglow Cheek Palette from Nars Afterglow Collection features six blush shades. The formula is very fine and lightweight. The shades blend beautifully and are easily buildable. The shades range from sheer, shimmering peach to striking matte red shade. Moreover, the shades deliver a natural hint of colour with radiance. Also, the longevity of the formula is really nice.

• Devotion – matte warm pink
• Savage – shimmering red brown
• Exhibit A – matte red
• Liberte – burnished apricot

Overall, a beautiful collection and I can see myself wearing the shades in my everyday routine.

Taj Mahal Quad Eyeshadow

This limited edition quad eyeshadow for the Nars Lunar New Year 2022 is a golden, shimmering harmony of colors. The quad eyeshadow is inspired by the award-winning Blush in cult-classic shade Taj Mahal. The quad eyeshadow has multi-dimensional neutrals complemented by a purple-red matte shade.

Below is the description:

• Yellow gold shimmer
• Shimmering light peach
• Burnished orange with golden shimmer
• Purple red matte

The shades compliment each other very well. It is easy to go from a neutral look to a glamorous look. As for the other eyeshadow formulas from the brand, I love how lightweight, pigmented, and easy to blend they are. The formula is smooth and velvety. In terms of the longevity of the formula, t is impressive. I have not experienced any creasing with these eyeshadows.

Nars Light Reflecting Setting Powder Set

The limited-edition Nars Lunar New Year 2022 Collection has a full-size set of Light Reflecting Setting Powder and a Powder Puff. Both are dressed up in festive packaging for the Lunar new year. The powder features a Photochromatic Technology for skin that looks perfect on camera as well as in person. It is super lightweight and applies evenly. The powder blends effortlessly and I can hardly notice it once it is on the skin. It does not settle into the problem areas on the skin or the lines. It blurs the pores and problem areas while imparting radiance to the skin. I like using it on its own on my skin as well as over the foundation. Also, it does not emphasize the dry areas on my skin but I feel it to be hydrating and comfortable on the skin.

The puff included in the set is a good size and is super soft. It is super easy to use and apply the powder with. The duo is a staple in my makeup routine. The powder keeps my skin fresh and radiant for the whole day. I don't feel the need of reapplying it but this may change in summer when I sweat more. Also, the powder does not give any white cast or look white on the skin, whether on-camera or in person. It simply sets, smoothes, and makes the makeup last long.

I am also enjoying the new Nars Soft Matte Primer that is super lightweight and makes the makeup apply well and last longer. I love applying my favorite shade of Nars Soft Matte Tinted Lip Balm for an everyday look.
