Vital Pressed Skincare Powder

The idea behind this range was to design a powder that did more than just set. The lightweight, sheer pressed powder is full of active skincare ingredients. This powder goes above and beyond, smoothing out pores, increasing skin tone and reducing shine.

The powder is available in 5 shades: Translucent, Pink bubble, Creme, Dune and Cafe.

-Translucent: Perfect to mattify and smooth out the skin, it leaves an invisible veil.

-Pink bubble: Great for a gentle burst of light.

-Tinted shades: Even the skin tone for a smooth, blended skin texture.

Makeup with a kick

The ultra-fine pressed powder is enriched in the Defense Shield Complex™. Composed of vitamin C and probiotics, the skin is protected from free radicals and blue light. The powder helps control sebum and refine the skin's texture when used regularly.

My Review

Westman atelier makeup products are a big hit amongst celebrities. With the new trend of skincare makeup products, it seemed the perfect moment to test the vital pressed powder.

My first application was on naked skin. The shade Dune is perfect for a no-makeup/ Makeup look on my skin tone. Helping control excess shine, the powder also blurred the skin texture pretty well. I would 100% have this in my handbag to refresh during the day.

I tested it over my usual foundation and was surprisingly pleased with the result. Smooth and natural-looking, the powder helped reduce lines and pores for a flawless look! I hate wearing heavy, drying powders, so this feather-light feeling was more than welcome.
