The gloss is not sticky or thick, stays nicely on the lips without feeling tacky. The formula is creamy and comfortable to wear. It can be applied on its own on the lips or layered on other lip products depending on the shade. The shades I have swatched are Spice Baby (deep brown nude tone) and Intimate (warm rosy pink tone). I am using Shade 30 for my medium tan skin tone. It has a yellow undertone, warm shade, for light to medium skin. The texture is lightweight, yet creamy fluid, blends in seamlessly into the skin, sets to a semi-matte, velvet finish. The staying power is really amazing. It stays on for over 7 hours. Also, it does not crease or sticks to the problem areas.

To use, ‘Using the precise cushion-tip applicator, apply a small amount to the area of imperfection and either gently dab with the fingertip to blend, or use the Eye Sculpt brush to gently blend into the skin. Dragon's Blood is sourced from the red sap of the ‘sangre de drago' tree. And it works to form a second-skin-like protective film on the skin. It helps protect against environmental damage and contains anti-inflammatory properties.

Rodial Dragon's Blood Cleansing Water

Rodial Dragon's Blood Cleansing Water is the new addition to Rodial's dragon's blood range. It is a gentle, hydrating, and soothing cleanser. It removes makeup and impurities with refreshing rosewater while dragon's blood soothes stressed skin. In addition, it is a non-sting, no-rinse formula. The triple-action cleanser illuminates and evens skin tone for an instantly brighter complexion.  Along with the dragon's blood, the rose water in this cleansing water soothes and refreshes the skin. Also, it helps decongest the skin while reducing swelling and deep cleansing. Vit B3 in it brightens and illuminates the skin tone, reducing melanin accumulation in the epidermis.

I use it with a cotton pad on my face and even the eyes. It does not sting my eye area and removes makeup nicely. Then, I follow with a second cleanse to make sure no traces are left on my skin. I feel my skin is not dry and tight after cleansing with this. My skin is clean, purified, soothed, and soft. Skin appears bright and does not cause any redness or irritation in my problem areas. The packaging of this cleansing water is another plus. As you see in the picture, it is a nice clear bottle with a press pump. That means you put the cotton pad over the top and press it. This is really nice cleansing water for the first cleanse when I am wearing makeup. And even when I am just wearing sunscreen over my skincare, I use it as the first cleanse.

Rodial Dragon's Blood Essence Mist

Rodial Dragon's Blood Essence Mist is a lightweight mist. It is to be applied after cleansing to deliver active ingredients deep into the skin. Or it can be applied during the day to re-energize. The intelligent blend of ingredients protect against aging environmental factors and also nourish and hydrate the skin.

I use this mist after cleansing my face and before using my serum or to set makeup. I close my eyes and spray directly onto the face after cleansing. This helps my skin to be ready for the next step which is usually a serum. It works nicely to set my makeup and also to refresh during the day. It feels very soothing on the skin and makes the skin feeling energized. The mist is very fine and light does not feel heavy or makes the skin look oily. It just makes it bright and beautiful.

I am also enjoying the Rodial Vit C Brightening Cleanser that is very refreshing.

My Thoughts

I have been using products from the Rodial Vit C Brightening collection in my skincare routine for more than a month now. The cleanser is very refreshing and works great to clean and brighten the skin at the same time. It is gentle and did not irritate my acne-prone skin. The Vit C Brightening Mask feels great on the skin. I love the results, my skin is bright and radiant the next morning. The Vit C Energizing Face Mask sheet is a great addition to my sheet masks. Also, it is perfect for the evening out or before an event or party. Skin looks refined, bright, and plumped.

The Rodial Vit C cleansing masks work great in cleaning and preparing the skin for the serum or moisturizer. I use them after cleansing and before my treatment serum. The products in this collection did not congest my skin. Overall, my skin is radiant, bright, and beautiful. I noticed the results after few uses.

I recently tried some products from Rodial Dragon's Blood Range. And I really enjoyed them, especially the cleansing water. For makeup, Rodial Diamond Concealer is my go-to.
