Below are the new shades of Le Phyto Rouge that are launched in time for the holiday season this year. The shades range from muted tones to bright vibrant shades.

  • 15 Beige Manhattan – universal muted rose
  • 27 Rose Bolchoi – natural soft pink
  • 28 Rose Shanghai – elegant bright coral-pink
  • 29 Rose Mexico – vibrant raspberry pink

My Thoughts

All the shades are so beautiful in person and on the lips. For my medium skin with golden undertones, I feel all shades suit me except Rose Bolchoi. which will look great on fair skin tones. The lipstick formula, as I reviewed earlier, is highly pigmented and a single swipe from the bullet imparts enough pigment to the lips, and as per the need, the intensity is easily buildable.

The texture of Le Phyto Rouge is smooth and creamy, glides on nicely on the lips. I do not feel the need to prep my lips or put on a lip balm ahead of time before putting on the lipstick. It is very comfortable on the lips and my lips stay moisturized, supple, and longevity is pretty nice.

The moisturizing effects of Le Phyto Rouge stay on long after the lipstick has worn off the lips. It is truly a balm plus lipstick in one bullet. And not to miss the elegant and stunning packaging of the lipsticks that I love so much. Each lipstick has a magnetic case and also comes with the red velvet cover shown in the first picture of this post.
