I love hair products that work to improve the condition of my frizz-prone, dull hair and make them look healthy and shiny. Moroccanoil Treatment has been a staple on my hair care products shelf for over five years. I have repurchased this a few times, and it is always with me whether I am home or travelling or even if I do not plan to use it for some time; giving a break to this, but it needs to be there that is why you will see all the sizes of this product which I have purchased and repurchased.
Moroccanoil Treatment
Moroccanoil Treatment is described as the product that pioneered oil-infused hair care. The original foundation for hairstyling, Moroccanoil Treatment, can be used as a conditioning, styling and finishing tool. Infused with antioxidant-rich argan oil and shine-boosting vitamins, this completely transformative hair treatment detangles, speeds up drying time and boosts shine. Thus, each use leaves you with nourished, manageable, smooth hair. This product created the worldwide buzz on argan oil in the last few years and won several beauty awards.
Moroccanoil Treatment is suitable for all hair types and is free of Parabens, Sulfates and Phthalates. This single, revolutionary product that pioneered a new category in the beauty industry has grown the brand into a full line of hair and body products.
My Thoughts
I have had this oil for years and love the results I get from it. This is one of my most trusted hair products. I take two pumps of this hair oil and apply it to my damp hair, starting from mid-lengths to the ends. When I do not feel any oil left on my hands, I pat my fingers on the hair above the mid-lengths. Then I either air dry or blow dry my hair.
If I am air-drying my hair after applying this oil, my hair takes less time to dry. And if blow-drying, this works as heat protection and hydration for hair. The results on my hair are what I can expect from one of my favourite hair oil, silky, shiny and healthy hair.
I have used this oil as a pre-shampoo treatment, which works well to maintain a healthy scalp and hair. The texture of this oil is thick, but it just does not feel oily on the hair; it does work as a treatment, coating the hair with a formulation rich in argan oil and shine-boosting vitamins. I do not see any flyaways or dry, dull hair when I use this oil.
The oil has a subtle mix of argan and flowery fragrance that lingers for some time, and I like it. The packaging is in a dark glass bottle with a pump which dispenses the right amount of oil in each pressing. Overall, as this is one of my favourites in the hair category, my love for this is strong, and I have a very bright chance it will continue.
Do you use oil on your hair? What is your favourite hair product for styling?
