It was my first time trying Oio Lab skincare, and I am sure the rest of their products will please me! I recently finished Vegamour GRO Scalp Detoxifying Serum (review here), and my scalp was missing a bit. I started using the Oio Lab Fulvic Ionic Mineral Face and Scalp Toner after experiencing dryness on certain parts of the scalp.
Since then, my scalp has been much more balanced and looks better. I used the toner every morning and after each shower on the scalp. Its lightweight formula instantly absorbs and doesn't cause any greasy, shiny finish.
