Yves Saint Laurent Touche Eclat is a gem product which has been raved and loved equally since last few decades. Inspired from the Original Touche Eclat, YSL created three new Touche Eclat Neutralizers (CAD $50 excluding taxes) which work for different concerns of skin and result. It is supposed to target and neutralize color imperfections of the skin. It is described to instantly cancel and neutralize color imperfections for a flawless skin tone. It is formulated in three color-correcting shades which address a number of skin concerns. The formula is light weight and allows for a very seamless and customizable correction. This can be applied under or over the foundation. It contains Vitamin E which helps protect against free radicals.
This Neutralizer is available in three shades:
Green to correct blemishes and conceal redness for an even skin tone.
Bisque to correct dark circles and dark spots, also provides illumination
Violet to correct yellow and dull skin for a healthy looking glow.
These Neutralizers come in easy-to-use, one click brush which allows targeting the specific area of concern perfectly.
I purchased two of these Neutralizers a few months back and have been loving them since then. As I have problematic skin due to occasional breakouts and then the spots from those breakouts, they leave mark and redness in that area, so Green seemed to be the perfect choice for my concern.
Also, for the days when the skin is not behaving well or in other words it is looking dull, I chose Violet to do the job for those days. Moreover, the healthy looking glow is all everyone wants, so Violet also seemed to be the right choice for my skin.
After using these for last few months, almost 4 months, I do like them both. The Green Neutralizer does make my redness and acne spots fade and my skin looks more even and natural. Due to the light weight of the product, it does not crease and stays on for 6-7 hours under and over my foundation. Applying it is also the part of luxury, they brush applicator is very soft and does help with the precise application. I have been using these on my acne spots as well as other discolorations or pigmentation, I do see they cover the area very naturally and not like the heavy concealers. The packaging is metallic and really pretty, the click pen is an add-on, the perfect amount of product comes out with a click.
The Violet Neutralizer is something I do not use regularly but during the days my skin looks dull and I do not want to do a lot of makeup and still want the glow. It provides the perfect amount of setup for a healthy natural glow.
The application and the packaging are same as the Green Neutralizer, very easy and luxurious. The consistency is nice and blends on very well without any signs of dryness. These both are nice products and they do deliver and work well for my needs.
Have you used any Neutralizer? Does it work well for you?
