Givenchy Couture Edition 2020 Makeup Collection has launched with limited edition Le Rouge Lipstick Couture Edition in shade 306 Carmin Escarpin, Prisme Libre Loose Powder Couture Edition in shade 01 Mousseline Pastel, and limited edition L'Interdit.
Givenchy 2020 limited Couture Edition of Le Rouge is available in a silver case with a black lace pattern, not just a lipstick but a perfect fashion accessory. Lace has been so dear to Givenchy and has inspired the house for a long time including the this latest collection. Le Rouge limited edition for 2020 Couture is shade available in shade 306 Carmin Escarpin which also has a unique engraving paying tribute to Hubert de Givenchy. The formula of the lipstick is the original best-selling and cult-favourite formula which I am a fan of, it is very lightweight and comfortable on the lips. It is very pigmented and has a luminous matte finish. The longevity is another thing I love these lipsticks, the same is the case for this limited edition launch.
Givenchy 2020 limited Couture Edition of Prisme Libre in shade 01 Mousseline Pastel is available in a silver case with a black lace pattern, again not just a powder but a perfect fashion accessory. The signature of the House’s creator, Hubert de Givenchy graces the lid, like a seal of tribute. This innovative, cult product has been a part of my blog posts many times, it has been a staple. The Prisme Libre includes four loose powders with complementary shades in a single case. A 4-in-1 harmony for a flawlessly and lastingly mattified, blurred, luminous complexion. Its incredibly fine and weightless texture offers the skin a sheer, velvety, natural finish.
L'Interdit Edition Couture 2020 is the original Eau de Parfum sublime in a collector bottle dressed up in lace. An exclusive couture interpretation in tribute to Maison’s creations. The floral woody fragrance has the following notes:

I know I have shared the Lunar New Year Launches from the house on my Instagram a few times but sharing it here in case you missed my Instagram posts. Givenchy launched limited editions of its cult Prisme Libre loose powder and its iconic Le Rouge lipstick for the fifth year in row. Both products are dressed up in a vintage look inspired by old Givenchy caps: red vinyl leather bearing the golden 4G logo for Prisme Libre, and a red vinyl leather case with golden 4G logos for Le Rouge. Red, the emblematic colour of China’s Spring Festival, recalls joy and happiness. Then there’s gold, a bright and precious hue, the symbol of prosperity.
Givenchy Lunar Year 2020 Le Rouge and Prisme Libre are available in best-seller shades: Prisme Libre No. 5 Satin Blanc combines four complementary
pastel shades for an even, matte and luminous glow on the skin and for the lips, Le Rouge No. 316 Orange Absolu – a bright pop of orange with a velvety finish.
Givenchy also launched a limited edition package of Le Rouge to celebrate Valentine's Day this year 2020. I would say it is not just to celebrate one day but every day if love. I have had it in my collection, on my vanity since it was launched and every time I see it, it makes my heart happy.
The limited-edition case is decorated with red velvet lips, a pattern which was dear to Hubert de Givenchy and reinterpreted by Clare Waight Keller in the Resort Spring-Summer 2018 Collection. This limited edition highlights the N°333 L’Interdit emblematic shade – an intense and sensual red lipstick with a smooth, creamy formula that enhances the lips while delivering intensely pigmented colour from the first stroke.
