The Louela Belt

Chloe's house is all about its chic, elegant, and unique style. In the leather Louela model, Chloe displays its exclusive leather craftsmanship and innovative answer to a belt that does it all.

The Louela leather belt is made from high-quality calfskin and comes in two shades: black and brown. The reversible leather belt is styled using laser-cut and twisted leather, which gives off a bohemian vibe. The high-waisted belt is hand-twisted and hand-stitched to achieve perfect details each time. Above all, this belt is ideal for elegantly defining the waist and can be worn year-round. It has a pale gold Chloé-engraved buckle. You can tighten the belt using the four holes. Although small in size, the buckle is gentle on the eye yet adds a touch of luxury.

My Review

I have had this belt for many years and still love wearing it. The Chloe Louela belt is the perfect way to up your casual outfits. Comfortable and resistant to daily wear and tear, my belt is still in excellent condition. The Louela model is elegant and can easily be dressed up. My all-time favourite way of wearing it is over my long summer dresses.

The belt always gets me compliments and is of very high quality. I wear it on both sides, but the brown side is my favourite! Twisted by hand, you can appreciate the hard work put into making it. Overall, the Louela belt has a soft feel and is worth the investment.

Suitable for your everyday use, the light green leather bag becomes the main item of your outfit. This model is a small bag (H6.5 x W7 x D3.5 in) with one large compartment to store your items.

The bag is available in a range of soft-toned colors that are easy to pair with everyday looks. I love to wear this bag over a long flowy dress in the summer for a casual and stylish appearance.

Made in Italy, the Marcie saddle bag is crafted from high-quality semi-aniline leather. The leather adds texture and quality to the bag's style with its grained appearance.

The bag is shaped in a round, almost shoe-horse shape. Its structured form gives it a medium thickness, allowing you to store more than necessary. On the front of the bag, you can notice structured piping and gray burnished edges, giving the bag a natural finish.

Chloe has opted for a minimalistic and almost Western design for this bag. The Antiqued gold-tone hardware adds a touch of elegance without being too bling or noticeable.

The logo is embossed into the front leather foldover flap, which locks into place with a tab-slot closure.

The interior of the bag lives up to the exterior design. Lined with twill, the interior has plenty of options to store your belongings, from a concealed patch pocket at the face and a card slot.

The Marcie saddle bag has a massive place in my heart and was on my list of luxury bags for a long time. I adore the fun and relaxed vibe this bag has. The bag can fit a lot inside it and looks beautiful all year round. The Marcie saddle bag is available in various colors, but the faded green stays my favourite so far!

Chloe Original Eau de Parfum is the fragrance I have used for years and have always had a backup and I was so excited to give a sniff to this new launch, the notes and the details of it interested me the most. Chloe Nomade is a woody fragrance with fresh, floral notes.

The nose behind the fragrance is of Givaudan perfumer Quentin Bisch. He created this fragrance as a floral chypre composition, including notes of Mirabelle plum, freesia, and Oak Moss. The aim was to make it less floral and more ‘dirty' than the Chloe signature.

Chloe Nomade is described as “The intense mineral character of oakmoss is enveloped in the voluptuous softness of mirabelle plum. From this freshness emanates a bright floral note carried by freesia. Natural ingredients brought into focus by the perfumer Quentin Bisch, revealing accords as exhilarating as the feeling of escape they inspire.

The precious Nomade flacon is all about contrast. Soft round curves mix with the graphic lines of the collar. Through the transparent glass, the rosy beige fragrance is enhanced by the pink ribbon sealing the golden cap. “

My Thoughts

Since I love Chloe Eau de Parfum, I had the positive vibes about this one that I am going to like Chloe Nomade.  This is a very interesting and wonderful addition to Chloe's perfume collection. The top notes smell a bit wet and mossy, that I can refer to as dirty smelling, as mentioned above. These notes disappear fast and what is left is the warm, sweet, rich, and sophisticated scent. I do get a lot of wood, but the rose note is more prominent to me and it is just so beautiful, very natural. To me, this fragrance is like the original but cooler.

A total classic, elegant scent and I am in love. On my skin, it lasts for around 10 hours, and I could even smell it the next day on my skin. The fragrance is safe to wear in the office or for gatherings, not very strong yet gives the sense of being present. All in all a really nice fragrance for the joyous, free, and bright days.
