The formula of the Coloring Eye Pencil is soft and creamy. It glides nicely and easily blends. The formula is pigmented and is non-drying. I need very little effort to apply and reach the intensity I need. The key ingredients include castor oil that helps with the smooth application with the required precision. It works nicely as an eyeliner, as an eyeshadow too, or just to give definition to the eyes by lining the top and bottom lash lines. They are comfortable and the longevity is impressive too. They stay in place and I have not noticed any bleeding or creasing of color. Overall, amazing shade range and formula.

Illamasqua Coloring Lip Pencil in the three shades mentioned above are my everyday colors. They work very well on their own or with other lip products or lipsticks. They are nicely pigmented, creamy, and easily blend too. The pencil glides effortlessly on the lips without any dryness or harsh lines. Once set, it stays in place without any feathering or color bleed.

I am also enjoying the new Color Correcting bronzer from Illamasqua and the Hydra lip tints. Illamasqua Beyond Foundation is another favorite of mine.

Color Correcting Bronzer

Summer 2021 collection has three new velvet finish colour correcting bronzers. They give a very natural sun-kissed look every day. The formula and shades work together to neutralize redness and balance the skin tone. The Illamasqua Color Correcting Bronzer has a cool-toned colour correcting stripe in between warm and cool-toned bronzer on either side. Hence, all mix together very well to create a healthier-looking skin that has a natural warmth to it.

The intensity of the bronzer is easily buildable. Overall, I am really enjoying how smooth the powders are. They blend so easily into the skin without looking ashy or cakey.

Below are the shades of Illamasqua Color Correcting Bronzer:

• Fire – dark

The finish of the bronzer is very natural. It is one of that everyday wearable products. In conclusion, the bronzers truly give a subtle hint of bronzed sun-kissed glow to the skin.

Hydra Lip Tint

New Hydra Lip Tint in five dual-toned shades is a must-have this summer. The contrasting tints mix together to create a subtle, hydrated, and unique shade of colored balm. While applying the tint straight from the bullet, they mix together to create a beautiful unique color. The lip tints are very hydrating on the lips. The nourishing formula leaves a high-shine finish. In addition, the lip tint is weightless and comfortable on the lips.

• Picnic Plum – Cool Plum
• Swimsuit – Rouge Red

These lip tints also work on the apple of cheeks as a blush. They give a beautiful hint of colour and radiance to the cheeks. Overall, the Illamasqua Color Correcting Bronzer and Hydra Lip Tints are worth checking out.

I also like Illamasqua Beyond Foundation that launched recently. It is a nice lightweight everyday foundation. It works very well with the new Illamasqua Color Correcting Bronzer over it. The Beyond Artistry Palette from the brand is very versatile.

I have used Illamasqua Products in the past when I was visiting the UK a few years back and since then I have this brand on the radar to try more from when I am back in the UK. The good news is that the brand is available now in North America. I have been using a few products from the brand which I am very excited to share now, including the newest launch from Illamasqua – Beyond Foundation.

Illamasqua Beyond Foundation

is a very lightweight, sheer coverage foundation that has an ultra-silky texture. It gives a dewy illuminated glass skin finish. The formula keeps the skin look hydrated, healthy, and fresh, without looking oily throughout the day. The formula blends in very nicely into the skin and looks very natural, with no cakey finish. The shade range is lovely, 25 shades across light, medium, dark with warm, neutral, and cool undertones across the shade range.

The foundation did not accentuate my problem areas and looks very natural on the skin. For my problem skin, I have not experienced any issues but really impressed with the natural dewy finish – now that the weather is cold, I am really looking forward to using it more as I feel it is moisturizing and comfortable on the skin.

Hydra Veil

Another product I am very impressed with is the Hydra Veil – this started my love for the brand a few years back. I am so glad to have it back in the routine. Hydra Veil is a lightweight gel primer that hydrates and smooths skin. It has microalgae, vitamin C, and B3 that work together to help maintain skin hydration levels, creating a healthy-looking, balanced finish.

There are ingredients that also calm the skin while giving a refreshing feeling. I apply this Hydra Veil and wait for few minutes before I proceed with my foundation. For me, it is a makeup product with skincare benefits. The skin feels comfortable, calm, soothed, smooth after the application, and makes a perfect base for the foundation. The skin looks healthy and dewy with a natural glow.

Illamasqua Color Veil

Illamasqua Color Veil is a long-wearing, intensely pigmented blush. The formula is very easy to apply and blend, the texture is silky soft, and jelly-like. It feels hydrating, comfortable, and refreshing on the skin. I love the finish of this blush, a very natural and radiant color. It is different from the other cream blushes I have tried until now – in terms of the texture, feel, and finish. The formula is thick and pigmented, so a little is all I need.

I have the shade entice and it is a warm-pinky nude that looks great on my medium skin tone with golden undertones. Apart from using it as a blusher, I have also tried it on my eyes as an eyeshadow and looks lovely. I am really impressed with the Color Veil.

Illamasqua Beyond Liquid Highlighter

Illamasqua Beyond Liquid Highlighter in OMG is an illuminating liquid highlighter. It works great to give dewy skin if used all over the face. And a natural, radiant glow if used on high points of the face to enhance the overall look. The highlighter blends seamlessly and looks like a second skin. The shade OMG is a champagne pearl shimmer and is suitable for all skin tones. I love mixing it with my moisturizer and it gives the most beautiful and radiant look that looks very natural. It is very pigmented and a little is all you need.

Illamasqua Powder Blusher

Illamasqua Powder Blusher in excite is a vivid apricot shade with a matte finish. The formula is finely milled, very pigmented, and blends in nicely to give a nice pop of color. Being matte, it does not look flat on the face but gives a beautiful vibrant finish. I would suggest using a light hand when using this blush and work on blending it. The shade looks very bright, shimmery, and dark coral in the pan. But look even more beautiful on my medium skin tone.

Illamasqua Gel Sculpt

Illamasqua Gel Sculpt is a very unique contouring gel that gives a subtle definition to the cheeks with minimal effort. The water-based formula creates a soft shadow under cheekbones, along the jawline or wherever you want to contour like nose, forehead. It blends very easily without any hard lines and looks very natural.

I have the shade Silhouette which is the darkest available. And I have to use it twice to get the pigment I prefer on my skin tone. I blend quickly and easily, I would suggest avoiding over-blending. The gel formula is very refreshing. I am impressed with how natural it looks on the face with minimal effort. Buy it HERE.

Overall, it is a really amazing brand with great products, especially the new Illamasqua Beyond Foundation. I have tried all the above products. They all stand out in their categories in terms of performance, shade range, and finish.
