My Review

This limited-edition eyeshadow palette has 12 petal-soft pigments with pops of color inspired by the blossoming garden. The palette has a mix of shades with matte, frost, as well as lustre finish. Just looking at the packaging and the shades in the palette, it is a treat to the eyes. Above all, the vibrancy truly inspires me to enjoy the summer. The formula is pigmented overall and very smooth. It applies well and blends easily. The lustre shades are so smooth and shiny, there is no fallout. For the matte shades, they apply well and blend well. They are not as pigmented as the frost and lustre but overall, they are pigmented and easily buildable. The frost shades are very interesting and unique, super pigmented and smooth. In terms of longevity, as the other MAC eyeshadow formulas, these are amazing. I did not notice any creasing or any irritation on my sensitive eye area. Another amazing thing is that the eyeshadows can be used wet and dry. With these vibrant shades in MAC Cosmetics Botanic Panic Collection, there are numerous possibilities to create looks. Overall, I am very impressed.

Botanic Panic Lipstick

MAC Lipstick needs no introduction. It is the cult product loved by one and all. I love collecting the products that I love and are launched in limited-edition packaging. And this is one of those products. The formula is the same, the shades are a few of the most-loved, and the packaging is new. That does make it an accessory to carry with you in summer as well as use throughout the year.

The lipstick has a creamy matte finish with impressive longevity of over 8 hours on my lips. Also, I not noticed any feathering. The lipstick feels lightweight and is comfortable on the lips. Above all, all shades are universally flattering. Apart from skew, all the shades have creamy matte finish. Skew has a pearlescent semi-lustrous finish.

It is pigmented and blends nicely to give a streak-free finish. This powder is launched in two limited edition shades in the MAC Cosmetics Botanic Panic Collection. The finish of both shades is high-shine metallic.

MAC Cosmetics Studio Radiance Face & Body Foundation has a very lightweight texture and feel. It is a bit runny but that does not matter as long as the product and the finish are good. I really like the cute little bottle of foundation. The dropper work pretty well to dispense the product when pressed lightly. It applies and blends well into the skin. I love applying this foundation with my fingertips. It applies equally well with a foundation brush or makeup sponge. There is no mask-like or heavy feel to it. Once applied to the skin, it looks very natural. Studio Radiance Face & Body Foundation blends quickly and effortlessly. Even a little extra does not look cakey or heavy.

I have swatched 4 shades of Studio Radiance Face & Body Foundation for medium skin tones, as described below:

• C4 – Peachy golden with neutral undertone for medium skin
• C5 – Peachy beige with neutral golden undertone for medium skin
• N4 – Neutral beige with neutral undertone for medium skin
• N5 – Neutral beige with neutral golden undertone for medium to dark skin

It provides sheer coverage that is buildable to sheer-medium. The finish of the Studio Radiance Face & Body foundation is naturally radiant, my skin but better. It is hydrating and instantly refreshes the complexion making it look supple. It is very comfortable on the skin. Such that after some time I usually forget that I even have a foundation on. It does not accentuate my problem areas or even the dry areas, it kind of blurs them out.

Since using it, I did not notice any breakouts in the last few weeks. The longevity of this foundation is pretty impressive. Studio Radiance Face & Body Foundation stays put together for over 9 hours on my combination skin. I have not worn it in water or at the beach yet but the overall results stay pretty the same in hot weather too. It does not look oily or greasy at all. As a result, I highly recommend you to check out this foundation.

Apart from Studio Radiance Face & Body, I am also enjoying the new Love Me Liquid Lipcolor from MAC. They are very hydrating, comfortable, and pigmented. The longevity of the liquid lip colour is very impressive. The 24H Ultrafine Liquid Eyeliner is another favourite that I use every day. It is very easy to apply and lasts all day.

MAC Cosmetics Love Me Liquid Lipcolor is a full-coverage, very rich liquid lipstick. Rich, not just in the sense of pigment but also the overall formula. It has conditioning oils that nourish the lips and provide coverage on my dry, flaky lips. It does not settles into the lines or even to the dry flakes. Overall, it just helps with the flakes, making them less visible and with time, helping lips heal and smooth out. The texture of the lipstick is balm-like and creamy, feels very smooth on the lips.

Despite being very nourishing and rich, MAC Cosmetics Love Me Liquid Lipcolor is very lightweight on the lips. It does not feel heavy or greasy, or sticky on the lips. The satin finish looks so beautiful. I am super impressed with the longevity. It stays on for the time I am not eating anything, for example, I apply it in the morning before I start work and it stays put till my lunchtime. And then again, from lunchtime till evening, it stays put. My lips do not feel even a bit dry. It keeps the lips comfortable while maintaining the high coverage of pigment. Once it is on, there is no bleeding or transfer of the lip color unless you touch the lips.

Overall, I am impressed with the formula, staying power, and shades. I have swatched 4 shades of MAC Cosmetics Love Me Liquid Lipcolor for your reference. All these 4 shades look so lively and fresh, without looking flat or dull on the lip. It is hard for me to pick one favorite, even the brightest pink shade 494 that I was wearing today, it kept my mood up all day. The flexible, arrowhead-shaped applicator smoothly and evenly glides on the formula with a precision tip.
