Different Ways To Wear The Eyeshadow Sticks

If you are new to using creamy eyeshadows, then here are a few ways you can use them to create seductive and sexy looks:

• Shade: Apply the colour of your choice to the lash line and blend out for a natural, soft look.
• Smudge: Apply a darker shade to the outside of the lash line for a soft, smokey eye look. This opens the eyes up and adds a touch of spice to your look.
• Define: Apply a thicker line along the lashes and blend it upwards. You can use multiple shades to do this.
• Underline: Contour the eye with the shade of your choice and complete the bottom water line.

My Experience

My experience with the Nars eyeshadow sticks has been nothing short of delightful. I had so much fun experimenting with them. The sticks apply with ease, and the colours blend seamlessly. There's no need for any fancy tools with these cream eyeshadows. Blend them out using your fingertips. Once the eyeshadow has set into place, it doesn't move or transfer. This is particularly great if you have smaller eyelids or loose skin. I recommend them for their texture and long-lasting results, and I'm excited to see some lighter colours join this seductive collection.

My Review

The Nars' seductive summer collection has earned the top spot on my list for creating summer party looks. I'm thrilled to experiment with it and create some fiery looks. The face palettes are perfect for crafting a smokey, mysterious eye look, and I appreciate the subtle shine of the highlighters. The creamy eyeshadow sticks are a joy to play with, blending seamlessly and offering a smooth, matte finish. The darker shades are perfect for lining the eyes. I can't wait to see the stunning looks I can create with this collection!

What is the difference between the original and new Nars blush?

If you're familiar with the previous Nars blush collection, you'll be delighted to know that the latest collection has been upgraded to deliver even better results. Thanks to its upgraded powdered texture, the blush formula now lasts longer and smoother. With a long-lasting finish lasting up to 16 hours, this blush is a reliable choice for everyday use and professional makeup artists.

My Review

I purchased the NEW Nars blush in the latest shades and instantly fell in love. As a big fan of the previous blushers, I was more than impressed with how much better this blush works on the skin. The new Nars shades are all beautiful, and my favourite “Orgasm” shade now comes in so wide varieties (my favourite being the 778). I sometimes wear it alone for a natural and soft look or layered for a more colourful cheek. The blusher's texture suits all skin types and doesn't leave any patchy finish upon application.

Different ways to apply your blush.

• The classic method.

Blush has long been used in the beauty industry to lift the complexion and add a touch of femininity to a look. The classic method applies the blush to the apple of the cheek. Gently smile and use it to the risen parts of the cheeks. This gives the skin a soft, flushed look.

• Contour with a blush.

Another way to use your blush is for contouring. For this, it's best to choose warmer, darker shades. Apply the blush to the cheekbone and swipe towards the ears. This technique adds structure and definition to the face, making it a great touch for more sophisticated events.

• Drape your blush.

Draping is one of the less used techniques, but it offers a great glow and a more dramatic effect on makeup. Start by applying the blusher higher on the cheekbone and dragging it out into the temples.

Nars Liquid Blush

The liquid blush collection welcomes three new shades to brighten and enhance your natural beauty. These are the best blushers I have used by far! The liquid blush has a radiant and pigmented color that instantly leaves your skin looking healthy. Hidden inside the lightweight and creamy texture are hydrating skincare actives. The natural-looking blush can be built up for an intense look or used as a lip tint. I enjoyed using this blusher as the applicator allows you to pick up a good quantity of product, and the application does not streak.

Tips: Apply a few drops to your natural lip for a tinted look. I love to do this and finish with a transparent gloss.

Nars Afterglow Sensual Shine Lipstick

The Sensual Shine lipstick collection has grown by adding six new and stunning shades to their collection of red, pink, and mauve shades! For those that don't yet know the lipstick, keep reading. This collection is where color meets care. The ultra-nourishing and enveloping lipstick infuses your skin with comfort and glides on like a dream.

(top to down – 226 All In, 277 Aragon, 218 High Gear, 210 No Inhibitions, 201 Voyeur, 227 Wild Ride)

The sensual lipsticks are perfect for a soft glam look and have a buildable coverage and lightweight finish. I have a couple of favorite shades, but my go-to is the 777 Orgasm. The light pink perfectly matches my lip shade, making my lips look fuller and smoother.

My Review

I love how Nars has represented the warmer seasons to come by using warm and pink shades throughout the Afterglow collection. The eyeshadow palette is complete, and I love the many finishes they included inside. The Afterglow collection is ideal for adding a touch of colour to your daily looks without being too bright or in your face. I love the silky textures and how long they last. A 10/10 from me!

My Review

Happy New Year everyone! I am so pleased to have tried this limited edition collection and fell head over heels for the shimmering eye palette. I did a full face of makeup using all excellent products. The powder is super comfortable and doesn't dry out the skin. It is also light blurring, perfect for photos or professional shootings. I also adored using the quad palette and 100% recommend the shades selected. Last, I finished the look using the Powermatte lipstick, which was much easier to apply than I thought. It has a creamy texture that doesn't feel thick or dry on the lips, and the warm pink/ brown shade is easy to wear with any colour. If you want to treat yourself or a lover this New Year, Nars has your back!
