Using the Queen of flowers Dominique Ropion created a bold, gender-less perfume. With vibrant and elegant notes the fragrance has intense Middle Eastern origins. Rosemary Tunisian Oil LMR, Coriander Seed LMR, Cardamon Ceylon LMR, Pink Pepper CO2 LMR

To keep the fragrance balanced, Ostens then added some sweet & fruity notes.

Heart Notes

Blackcurrant Bud Absolute LMR, Orange Flower Absolute LMR, Rose Essential LMR, Rose Isparta Oil LMR

Adding a powerful, elegant character to this perfume is the Patchouli oil.

Base Notes

Patchouli Oil LMR, Labdanum Resinoid LMR, Cashmeran

Preparation rose oil Isparta 9ml

The fragrance is completed by the rose oil preparation. Created around the Damascena rose from Turkey. The oil stands out from the ‘traditional' rose scent, with a red berry and sweet lychee touch to its notes.

How to use it?

Apply two or three drops of the oil across clean skin using the wand received with your perfume. Apply a little to your wrists, neck and behind your ears. Next, spray the Impression Eau de Parfum over the oil.

My Experience

The whole experience of trying this fragrance was delightful! I sampled both products alone and together, and I have to say this perfume is exceptional. If you are a lover of the Rose, I invite you to discover this fragrance. Unlike the usual powdery, sometimes old-fashioned rose. Osten created a vibrant, modern version. With its long-lasting scent, you are sure to conquer hearts. A beautiful perfume for both men and women. With its spicy notes revealing themselves.

Ostens Cashmeran Velvet: Fragrance Overview

One of the beautiful fragrances of the Ostens collection is Cashmeran Velvet. The impression has a calming amalgamation of cashmere velvet, cedarwood and sandalwood. Despite having such strong components, the fragrance is pretty subtle and gives a sense of pleasure and comfort.

Like all the impressions by Ostens, Ostens Cashmeran Velvet Perfume also has a prime ingredient and some small hints to enhance the fragrance. In this case, Madagascan vanilla is used to add sweetness to the smoky smell of the perfume.

Keynotes

Notes describe the scents that can be sensed after applying the perfume. There are three types of notes and together they are known as the fragrance pyramid.

• Top notes
• Middle/heart notes
• Base notes

Top notes can be sensed immediately after applying and stays up to 15-20 minutes

The middle and base notes appear when the top note evaporates. One cannot smell the perfume after a while due to olfactory adaptation.

Heart notes are the most important notes in perfume and usually have the most dominant smell.

In Cashmere Velvet the notes are as follows:

• Top notes: Amyris oil, Cashmeran Velvet, Olibanum Oil
• Heart notes: Cedarwood oil, Sandalwood oil, Orris Accord
• Base notes Vanilla Bean Extract CO2 LMR, Patchouli Heart LMR, Musks.

What I liked

Since the heart notes in this perfume consist of really strong smells of sandal and cedar, I had expected it to have an intense fragrance but it was rather delicate. Here is what I liked about the impression

• Persistent sweetness
• Luxurious packaging
• The warm and velvety texture
• Preparation oil and applicator wand

Ostens Cashmeran Velvet Perfume is a mix of warm and woody smells. I get a number of compliments whenever I wear it. Also, it is really affordable and gives off the vibe like any luxurious perfume.

Despite having a smoky scent the fragrance is extremely warm and subtle. For people who love the smell of sandalwood, this scent is perfect and has a velvety texture. I apply little drops on the wrist and neck and then spray the perfume on it, it makes the fragrance last longer. The lingering smell of vanilla makes it suitable for use at any time.
