Chantecaille Hummingbird Collection has launched for the spring. It is a limited-edition collection. I am using three products from the collection for the last few days. And they are as beautiful as the cause behind their launch. The Amazon Rainforest is one of the most biodiverse spots on the earth and home to over 1500 species of bird. For the Hummingbird, the forests of Colombia are key habitats for over 150 species. And if the first is healthy, Hummingbirds are flourishing but currently, it is not the case – the forests are vanishing.

Chantecaille Hummingbird Eye Quartet is a limited edition compact in Chantecaille Hummingbird Collection. It is inspired by the flickering magic of a hummingbird's colorful wings. The collectible compacts reveal rich eye shades. The shades create shimmering, sophisticated looks that define and flatter most of the skin tones and eye colors.
Chantecaille Hummingbird Eye Quartet in Warm has below four shades:
- firstly, top left – a glimmering peach (highlight)
- top right – matte neutral brown (base)
- bottom left – cool shimmering slate (liner)
- lastly, bottom right – chromatic gold with iridescent pink pearl (all-over lid)
The formula of the eyeshadows is very smooth and creamy. They are very easy to apply and blend easily. Also, the formula is very pigmented and with very nice longevity. The shades in the quartet can be used on them or can be layered. The different finishes, as you see in swatches too, creates a prismatic jewel-toned effect when viewed from different angles. It is the same way a hummingbird's feathers glint in the sunlight. I have used the shimmering eyeshadows with my finger as well as with a brush. I prefer to apply the matte shade with a brush.
Lip Chic
Chantecaille Lip Chic from Chantecaille Hummingbird Collection supports Amazon Conservation Team. Amazon Conservation Team to support their work preserving the hummingbird's rain forest habitat. And, it will help to strengthen traditional culture. Lip Chic is a weightless, glossy, and smoothing lipstick. It is infused with Hyaluronic Acid and results in soft, nourished, and supple lips. I have two shades on rotation. Also, they both are perfect for a neutral or a fresh look – Honeysuckle (dusty rose) and Lupine (soft cool pink). The formula is very comfortable and easy to wear. Above all, it does not settle in the lines nor does it accentuates the lines.
