Cle de Peau Beaute has launched a new base for all who prefer a matte finish. Radiant Fluid Foundation Matte is a soft, matte liquid foundation. The formulation has long-term skin benefits to smooth the skin and refine it. In addition, it minimizes the appearance of pores. Despite being a matte foundation, it is hydrating and nourishes the skin. The packaging is the foundation is gorgeous. The foundation is in a heavy-weight square-shaped glass bottle.
Radiant Fluid Foundation Matte is available in 12 radiant shades. Shades starting with I & O are for skins with neutral to warm undertones. Shades starting with B are for skins with neutral to rosy beige undertones. Lastly, the shades starting with BF are for skins with neutral to golden olive undertones. My shade match currently is BF50 Tan Buff. In winters, I may go a shade down.
I am using Radiant Fluid Foundation Matte for the last few weeks. It can definitely be called an everyday foundation. The foundation is very lightweight and creamy. It glides and blends nicely into the skin. The coverage is buildable from medium to full. I personally prefer a medium coverage. One or one and a half pump of the foundation is enough for my face to give nice medium coverage. The foundation finish is radiant matte. In other words, soft matte. I use either a foundation brush or my fingertips to apply and blend this foundation.
During the day, it does not cling to my dry areas or settles into the lines. It blurs the problem areas. Above all, it looks very natural on the skin. The natural radiant matte finish is truly beautiful. It is one of the few matte foundations that I am enjoying very much. As with other Cle de Peau Beaute bases, this is an excellent choice for anyone who prefers a soft matte finish.
I usually don't apply a setting powder over this foundation. As the day progresses, this foundation looks more radiant on my combination skin. Above all, the foundation is comfortable on the skin. It stayed put on my skin for over 10 hours.
