Givenchy Beauty has launched a new eye mask – or I may say a new addition to its Le Soin Noir range called the Le Soin Noir Eye Lace Mask. With a history and connection to its couture, lace is a symbol of elegance and refinement that brings out women’s beauty, it is a timeless, precious material that has always had a special place in the heart of the Givenchy House since it was founded. On the strength of this couture legacy, the Le Soin Noir Lace Face Mask joined the Le Soin Noir range in 2012. An artisanal masterpiece at the cutting edge of innovation in the service of
an exceptional skincare product. And now the new Le Soin Noir Eye Lace Mask joins the range, delicate black lace is now reinvented as the support for an exquisitely refined eye contour skincare product. This couture skincare mask is crafted in the authentic French tradition of Calais as a tribute to the House of Givenchy legacy.
“For thousands of years, all over the world, algae have shown an exceptional capacity to develop and thrive in the most extreme conditions. The Givenchy laboratories have been exploring this prodigious life force for many years and have succeeded in bringing to light their secrets of resistance, drawing on the original power of the algae. By combining them with a new ingredient extracted at the precise moment when the algae awaken to life – when their survival strength is at its peak – researchers have formulated a complex of exceptional vitality.
Rich in algae with protective properties, Le Soin Noir is able to offer complete age-defying benefits. Its black sap helps boost the skin’s balance while its ingredients help revitalize its natural defences to provide active protection. All the skin’s vital forces appear preserved and rebooted.”
The mask has a specific way to open and apply – it is very well explained on the backside of the mask with pictures of how-to. This precious lace eye mask, stretchy and saturated in Le Soin Noir technology, clings to the skin, from the forehead to the delicate eye contour area, to impart its age-defying properties within 10 to 15 minutes of intensive infusion. Massage any excess product into the skin with the fingertips or remove it with a cotton pad moistened with lotion. It can be used once a week for an intensive infusion of skincare.
The packaging has four eye masks and I have used three of them before writing this article. After using the eye masks, I have noticed my eyes look well-rested and fresh – like full of life. It has definitely helped with puffiness and tiredness around my eye area. The eye contour and forehead appear smoothed and firmed, visibly diminished and signs of fatigue seem to fade. The eyes appear rested, more open, and radiant with youth – the algae’s secret of survival is transmitted to the skin. With the combination of the delicate lace and the transformational technology – this mask is a beauty that is not just limited to the eyes to see and to the skin to touch but also luminous from inside out wherever it touches.
