Sisley Sisleÿa L’Intégral Radiance Anti-Dark Spot Serum Review

Sisleÿa L’Intégral Radiance Anti-Dark Spot Serum is the newest addition to Sisley's Sisleÿa range. The Sisleÿa collection focuses on a complete anti-aging ritual for skin so that it looks visibly younger for longer. My favorite eye care product is from this range, called Sisleÿa L’Integral Anti-Age Eye and Lip Contour Cream. It truly is the best I have tried. My eye area looks so supple, youthful, and comfortable. It makes all the fine lines diminish with hydration and nourishment. So, naturally, I am super excited to share about the newest addition to this range.

As clear from the name, Sisleÿa L’Intégral Radiance Anti-Dark Spot Serum helps with dark spots, nourishes and brightens the skin, and improves its quality. For my skin needs both anti-aging care while also dealing with dark spots on my skin, it felt like the Sisley team somehow read my mind. I am approaching my 40s soon, and I do get occasional breakouts and pigmentation. And finding one product that helps with anti-aging, radiance, dark spots, and nourishment is not easy. And then, I found all I need in this one serum that I have been using continuously for a couple of weeks now.

Whether using actives in my skincare routine or masks, I make sure to use this serum 5-6 nights per week. Depending on my skin needs at a specific time, I do use multiple serums and of course, I never miss this one. For example, during that time of the month, I have a few breakouts. And for that, I use a clarifying mask or spot treatment after cleansing. Then, I follow up with this serum on my entire face.

• Lansium extract and Hexylresorcinol – Lansium extract is the new active ingredient that helps with dark spots, not just after they are formed but also before, by reducing the synthesis of melanin that causes dark spots. Hexylresorcinol also helps to reduce the synthesis of melanin that causes dark spots.
• Mineral complex [zinc, copper and magnesium] helps with skin oxygenation.
• Soy peptide extract stimulates collagen synthesis and strengthens the skin.
• Oat seed extract provides a tightening effect that improves the reflection of light at the surface. It also provides hydration.

My Thoughts

Sisleÿa L’Intégral Radiance Anti-Dark Spot Serum has a very fresh and light texture. It applies beautifully to the skin and absorbs quickly. I should say it melts into the skin, it is so smooth and light. Since I started using this serum, my skin feels soft and smooth. As mentioned earlier, the dark spots and pigmentation concern me when focusing on an anti-aging routine for my skin. This serum is a solution to both. I can focus on all my concerns with one single product. My skin looks radiant and bright. The dark spots and pigmentation on my skin look blurred after using this serum for almost six weeks. It is not irritating at all, and I have not experienced any congestion or breakouts with this serum.

The serum does not feel heavy and does not leave any residue on the skin. Right now as we transition from summer into fall, I follow up with a light moisturizer and SPF during the day. For the night, I follow up with the moisturizer from the same range that I am going to review shortly on this blog. I am very happy with my routine and how these products are working for me, especially the Sisleÿa L’Intégral Radiance Anti-Dark Spot Serum. My skin looks youthful, hydrated, radiant, and even. The darkest spots on my skin look blurred and the ones that were already light seem totally gone. The good thing is that this serum starts working even before the dark spot is formed, so it is a kind of preventative and treatment serum.
