My Review

ReVive Brightening Moisture Mask is ideal for all skin types except oily and acne-prone ones. The formula is rich in nourishing actives, which is not recommended for these skin types.

You can apply the mask once a week to prevent dehydration, and the mask is a great idea before events for an extra smooth, bright look. Please leave it to sit for up to 15 minutes and proceed to rinse it with water.

Revive skin care is my go-to for hydration, and I just had to try the transforming mask for myself. I believe that skincare should be fun and easy. And that is exactly what the brightening mask is. I applied it for three weeks, and my skin looks energetic and soft. I generally use it if I have a night out planned, as the instant results are worth sharing!

For me, face masks can be a bit hit and miss. Sometimes, they are too gimmicky and although they look cool, are often ineffective. But then there are some masks that I see serious benefits from – instantly. This has got to be one of those. To be honest, it’s more of a ritual than a mask as there are two steps to follow when using it.

How to use Cle De Peau Beauté Brightening Mask Treatment Supreme

Step 1

The aim of this product is mainly to brighten dull, lacklustre skin, and also enhance radiance. As a first step, it contains a deep exfoliator that helps to get rid of dead skin cells and prep skin to be doused with goodness. This exfoliator has a moisturizing formula that purifies and refines skin. I started by applying one tube of the exfoliant to my skin and massaging it gently in circular motions. I could feel a tingling sensation as it got to work on ridding my complexion of any dead skin cells. It felt like a warming sensation, which was actually quite relaxing. And it definitely got rid of any impurities that were on the surface of my skin. I then rinsed my skin before moving on to the next step.

Step 2

Then, the second part is a sheet mask. This sheet mask is formulated with sea ferment brightener, as well as a brightening ingredient 4MSK. They both work together to amp up radiance. These sheet masks are absolutely drenched with the product (which is great as there’s nothing worse than a dry sheet mask!). They stick to the skin really well, so there’s no worrying about it staying put or flapping around on your skin. It feels really cooling and refreshing. I can imagine this would be a great way to perk up the skin (and spirits!) on a hangover!

This mask only needs to be left on for 10 minutes, although it can be left for longer. Once removed, any residue left on the skin should be massaged into it, so that the skin can reap the maximum benefits of the treatment. This might be a treatment that you would prefer to do in the evening before bed so that the product can sink into the skin fully overnight.

Overall, I think that this mask is an absolute gamechanger. I’ve tried hundreds of different masks, and this one is definitely in my top 5. It’s effective, luxurious, and makes my skin look amazing after just one treatment. What more could I ask for?!
