Laura Mercier has a new amazing blush formula. It is called Laura Mercier Blush Colour Infusion and I have been testing for some time now. The new cheek colour is weightless and sheer yet buildable.

Blush Colour Infusion is a sheer, buildable and silky-smooth cheek colour. It blends seamlessly into the skin for the most natural, fresh look. The blush has pure colour pigments that feel weightless. In addition, applies evenly to the skin for a healthy-looking flush of colour that lasts 10 hours. Also, the formula is infused with micro-fine powders that transition from a diffused, sheer hint of colour to a bold colour statement.

Shades

It layers nicely with liquid or powder makeup as it does on bare skin. Above all, the shades range from soft neutrals to vivid pops of colour. In addition, the finishes range from matte to a subtle sheen with hidden pearl, to suit a variety of skin tones and skin types.

My Thoughts

I am reaching out for the new Blush Colour Infusion alot these days. Below are the swatches of four shades which are on rotation in my everyday routine. The shades are beautiful and love the fact that it is sheer yet buildable. Also, it blends easily into the skin. A slight dip or touch on the surface of the product with the blush brush works great to give a very muted natural sheer color to the cheeks. Thus, the result is a hint of color that looks fresh and youthful. And, I always go for another light dip for my medium tan skin tone. In other words, the shade range has something for most of the skin tones.

The matte shades work for every day. However, the sheen shades are great for the holidays, for the outings as well as for the casual glowy look. The sheen is a glowy very fine sheen and not shimmer or glitter. The formula is finely milled and very smooth and comfortable to wear. In addition, the staying power is nice. It stays on my combination skin with or without primer under my foundation for over 6-7 hours. However, on bare skin, over my skincare and suncare products, it stays for over 5-6 hours.

For the base makeup, I love Laura Mercier foundations and tinted moisturizer. Flawless Fusion Ultra-Longwear Foundation has a matte finish with medium to full coverage and impressive longevity. Flawless Lumiere Radiance Foundation has a radiant finish with medium to full coverage and amazing longevity. Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer is my everyday pick for naturally dewy skin. Also, Laura Mercier Translucent Loose Powder is a cult favorite and my go-to for a lightweight, long-lasting sheer veil of radiance.
