Biologique Recherche released this lotion specifically to treat scalp problems. Designed to relieve itching and irritations while regulating sebum production. The lightweight texture should be applied to dry hair and massaged into the scalp. Do this 10-15mins before washing your hair. The lotion helps restore your scalp to a healthy state. P50 Capillaire is an all-over that is worth the unpleasant smell.

Yes, you heard right! Unlike the usual hair care products, Biologique Recherche focussed on the action of the product and didn't try to glorify its smelly actives.

Why Is My Scalp Uncomfortable?

There are plenty of reasons your scalp could be causing you problems. Starting with hygiene, it is essential to wash your hair, but try to do it sparingly. Excessive washing can unbalance the scalp's protective barrier and cause dryness and flaky skin.

If you have hair that greases quicker than usual, you can use tea tree-based shampoo and adapted styling products.

My Review

After trying their “placenta mimicking” serum and seeing great results, I wanted to find a cure for my all too itchy head. I knew my discomfort was related to my scalp's health, and this lotion has been buzzing since it was released. The serum is a great way to reset your scalp. It doesn't smell the best, but I have known worse. I applied this lotion once a week before my shampoo, and my head feels great. I have bouncy hair that feels exceptionally healthy. Also, I used to suffer from itchiness when styling my hair, but it has gone since using the P50 lotion. Overall, I recommend this for all scalp types and no more than 1/2 times a week. Remember over-stimulating your skin can have the reverse effect, and nobody wants that.

All in all the P50 Capillaire is an excellent solution to scalp problems, and I will 100% continue to use it in my hair care routine.

Today I share my discovery of the “Lotion P50 PIGM 400”. First, let's get to know the product itself. And spill all the info on the brand.

• Exfoliation: When it comes to giving you that refined, smooth look, the exfoliating ingredients do their job to perfection. Removing dead skin cells from the surface makes the skin brighter and much softer. This also helps the product to penetrate deeper into the skin. This lotion has some pretty impressive skills.
• Anti-dark spots: Deeply purifying, this lotion is enriched with vitamins that fight dull skin. Over time they reduce the appearance of uneven pigmentation. Reconditioning the Epidermis*brings balance to melanin* production.
• The Epidermis: The layer of skin found on the surface. It is responsible for protecting and producing new skin cells. It is also here that melanin is produced.

How to use the lotion?

My Review

There is something about a more ” scientific” approach that intrigues me. I admire the brand's commitment to looking after each skin type differently, as no two skins will be identical. I tried the lotion over three weeks, and the results were there. My skin was way clearer. I suffered from enlarged pores, and the lotion helped reduce them and the uneven skin tone. I also had some very small hyperpigmentation from the sun, which is now blending out. Such a relief!

The lotion had a water-like texture, and the scent was mild. I enjoyed applying it every night and waking up fresh and ready for the day. Be sure to apply sunscreen during the day, whether you stay home or go out.
