Aesop Parsley Seed Anti-Oxidant Eye Serum is the newest eye care product in my skincare routine. I am really enjoying the Aesop Parsley Seed Facial Cleanser and this eye serum belongs to the same range. This eye serum is formulated with Vitamin C and antioxidants. The key ingredients are Parsley Seed, Lavender Stem, and Blue Chamomile. It helps hydrate, nourish, and protect the delicate skin around the eye area. The serum has a light herbal floral scent that dissipates quickly.
My Thoughts
Aesop Parsley Seed Anti-Oxidant Eye Serum is packaged in a dark glass bottle, aligning with the other products in this range. There is a dropper included in the bottle for dispensing the amount required. I feel the dropper is a little loose and sometimes I miss a drop or two of the serum while taking it out and pouring it on tip of my fingers. Other than that, the packaging overall is really nice. The serum is a watery gel. It is very lightweight and cooling. I am really enjoying it, especially that it is summer now. It instantly soothes the eye area and calms it. It absorbs quickly into the skin without any residue. The formula has a slip and helps it glide nicely.
As it is summer, I prefer using it alone during the day. It is hydrating and brightening. Moreover, it is super lightweight and comfortable during the day. The days I am feeling my eye area is a little dry that usually happens in winter or late fall, I use an eye cream after. Aesop Parsley Seed Anti-Oxidant Eye Serum is a serum and an eye cream is supposed to be used after it depending on the needs. I find it lightly hydrating, soothing, and refreshing on the skin. It is gentle and does not irritate my skin around the eyes. Makeup even glides nicely under the eyes. In case, I am wearing something full coverage or heavy, I use an eye cream over this eye serum.
Overall, Aesop Parsley Seed Anti-Oxidant Eye Serum is something I was really looking forward to using during the summer. The description of it sounded perfect and I am happy with the results.
