Chantecaille recently launched its first toner. I got the opportunity to meet the Chantecaille National Trainers virtually. There was a very informative session on what and how about the new launch. And then after, I started testing the new Chantecaille Purifying & Exfoliating Phytoactive Solution with my lab sample.
My skin loves chemical exfoliation. Chemical exfoliation includes removing the dead skin from the skin's surface via chemicals aka acids. With that, I am very drawn toward anything exfoliating and gentle. The whole affair with chemical exfoliation started a few years back when I started using Lotion P50. I strongly believe that chemical exfoliation has totally changed my view about how my skin can look and feel afterwards. Of course, I do a patch test before putting acids on my face.
Chantecaille Purifying & Exfoliating Phytoactive Solution is the new purifying toner that balances the skin while minimizing the pores and improving the overall clarity of the skin. The toner is applied after cleansing and before a serum or moisturizer. A toner provides skin benefits while also making sure the skin is more receptive to the products that will be applied afterward. That is, the whole skincare routine and products are more effective and beneficial.

My Thoughts on Chantecaille Purifying & Exfoliating Phytoactive Solution
I started testing this toner with my lab sample over a month ago. With this newest addition to my skincare routine, I have enjoyed it since day 1. I did experience a gentle tingle on the skin for the first few days. After that, my skin got used to it. It is a very lightweight and gentle toner despite all the active ingredients and acids. The pores on my skin appear diminished. This is the first thing I noticed. With consistent use, I see my skin appears bright and even. There is that glow from within along with the clarity. I do not feel my skin is tight or dry.
My skin is smooth and radiant overall. I make sure to use the right serum after using the toner. This toner ensures that my skin is ready to absorb the benefits of the serum. I prefer applying the Purifying & Exfoliating Phytoactive Solution with a cotton pad. Overall, I feel this toner does more than a usual toner. It not refine the pores and smooths the skin, but also moisturizes and clarifies the skin. My skin is comfortable and feels like it is breathing. And, thus it is rightly named as Chantecaille Purifying & Exfoliating Phytoactive Solution.
