My Review
I used Clarte Vitamin C Brightening Serum morning and night, after cleansing. Every time I use it, I squeeze two tubes of serum to get a pea-sized amount. Then I mix and apply them to my face. I feel the serum is refreshing and hydrates the skin instantly.
To enhance the antiaging and brightening benefits, I used a combination of Clarte Vitamin C Brightening Serum with Perfectif Night Even Skin Tone Cream or the new ReVive Skincare Sensitif Repairing Night Cream. This cream contains retinol which is very good for antiaging. I enjoy the Foaming cleanser when my skin is behaving. Otherwise, my favorite is the Gel Cleanser.
After 4 weeks of use, my skin is even and 70% less melasma. However, in the first 3 days, my skin grew a few more small inflammatory acne spots. I think it's because I used too much of this serum. After reducing the dose, everything was fine.
The only thing I don't like about this Serum is that it's harder to use than other single serums. I always try to squeeze the two tubes of serum evenly to make sure I get an equal dose. Other than that, everything about Clarte Vitamin C Brightening Serum is great. Overall, Revive Skincare Clarte Vitamin C Brightening Serum has worked impressively to brighten skin, reduce fine lines, and hydrate the skin. This is really a must-have product in my skincare cabinet and my skincare routine. Also, I make sure to use sunscreen during the day, especially when using Vitamin C and retinol.
