Last of all, to harmonize the woody and fresh scent, Initio enriched the perfume with the powdered and skin-tight notes of Patchouli and Musk.

In this Falls edition, Inition has given its scent a dark and almost magical appearance. Also, the full black glass bottle is decorated with golden designs, resembling illustrations of tarot cards.

My review.

From the moment I lay eyes on this perfume bottle, I just knew I would love it. The Oud for Greatness has all the elements to be a leading scent this season. With its warm, sensual notes, the perfume wraps itself around the wearer like a second skin. Lasting for hours, you can quickly notice the scent on your jacket or scarf the day after. 

Me and my partner both tried the scent and got completely different outcomes. The difference in acidity in our skins brings out a more feminine or masculine touch. I loved how fresh and soothing the lavender note is and how it perfectly matches the spicy Saffron.

Overall, this perfume is ideal if you are into stronger-smelling scents and have a long-lasting love for Oud. This wood note is often found in Oriental scents and gives the perfume a true niche feeling.

My review.

I am a massive lover of the Fall season just for the scented candles. Initio candles have been part of my winter routine for a long time, so when I noticed this NEW candle, I didn't hesitate. 

I light my candles for two hours, which allows me to fill the space with this woody scent. I got many compliments at the weekend about how cozy and welcoming my home was. The candle worked its magic.

Overall, I love the design as it makes me think of Tarot cards and is easy to place in any decor. Oud for Greatness is perfect for the cool seasons and definitely deserves a space in your home, too!

The Musk therapy perfume is exactly how I imagined it. The scents last an amazingly long time and bring a burst of light and comfort to your day. I used this perfume as my daily scent and always got compliments.

I love how smooth and welcoming the perfume is and love to take a minute when applying it. In conclusion, Initio perfumes are for those that take pleasure in the small moments in life.

After recently discovering the iconic Paragon fragrance, I was left curious about one well-known scent: The Atomic Flower. A perfume of contrast and power, unlike your regular floral scent. I had to discover it.

The Atomic Rose scent is part of the carnal collection. The collection has four unique perfumes created to play with your senses. Somewhere between fantasy and reality lays this perfume. The collection is designed from a selection of powerful ingredients as well as distinctive couplings.

The Atomic Rose

This Eau de parfum has phenomenal power. The sweet rose notes take you on a journey from the first moment you smell them. In a world of contrasts, the atomic rose is feminine and masculine, light and dark, and soft but reckless. This is it for the lovers of the rose looking for something more modern.

The Notes

Taking your nose on a powdered, fresh walk down the garden. Let's discover the mysterious blend of natural actives that makes the perfume outstanding. First are the floral notes of Italian Bergamot, Bulgarian Rose, and Turkish Rose. Egyptian Jasmin and Madagascar Vanilla join it. My Review

Wow, wow, wow! I don't know why I didn't know about this perfume earlier. If you love floral scents, and more precisely, rose, this is your scent. This is not a super powdered “nan style” perfume. I adored wearing this perfume and thought that it had a beautiful aroma. The fragrance is long-lasting and extra feminine. It is ideal to smell your perfume all day or keep it on your coat for comfort.

I love vanilla, and it is often in all my scents. The bottle surprised me as the smell was strong but much brighter and fruity than I thought. Overall, the atomic rose is an explosion of comfort, elegance and sensuality. Perfect for all ages, the perfume is the finishing touch to your outfit. I got many compliments on my day out, and the good thing is that the perfume is balanced. Meaning you can stand out from the crowd.

As the name mentions, this is your first step into the olfactory universe of Initio. Combined in a box set, the brand has selected six emblematic essences for you to discover. The initiation box set is excellent if you are a “try before you buy” person. It saves you the trouble of searching through all the scents to find the right one. Inside the box set is a selection of Eau de parfum, except Musk therapy and Rehab, which are Extrait de parfums.

Initio has selected its best sellers from multiple collections to be part of the Initiation Coffret. This offers you great diversity in the scents.

Oud For Greatness

Oud For Greatness is part of the Black Gold Project Collection. This Eau de parfum combines sacred geometry and powerful symbols representing shapes found in nature and the universe. The perfume is designed around a natural essence of Oud Wood and delivers a bold sillage. The formula is enriched with Patchouli and Musk, which gives the fragrance a textured feeling.

Musk Therapy

I previously reviewed the Hedonist collection (here) and loved the three mantras philosophy behind the scents. All of the scents in this collection are extrait de parfums, meaning they have a higher percentage of pure perfume.

The Musk Therapy fragrance is built around beautiful, natural white sandalwood and is completed by combining white and pink musk. Extremely elegant, this perfume has a milky and velvety accord that stimulates energy and instantly lifts the mood.
